The order process goes as follows:
1) Completion of online or fax order form.
2) Order received and confirmation sent back to customer with final total including shipping and handling to be charged to their card, and anticipated ship date.
3) Order Shipped... and individual 21 years or older must be present to sign for shipment on delivery.
